Once your application is approved and agreement signed, setup typically takes 2–4 weeks for a Biodiesel or Bio E-Petrol dealer. EV Charging and Bio CBG installations may take 4–8 weeks depending on civil work, equipment procurement, and local permits.

MX100 offers four product lines: Biodiesel (B7/B20/B100) for diesel engines, Bio E-Petrol (E10/E20) for petrol vehicles, Bio CBG (compressed biogas as a CNG alternative), and EV Charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.

These are biodiesel blend ratios — B7 is 7% biodiesel + 93% diesel, B20 is 20% biodiesel, and B100 is pure biodiesel. B7 and B20 are the most common for commercial fleets and work in all diesel engines without modification. B100 may require minor seal and gasket checks for older engines.

Bio CBG (Compressed BioGas) has the same composition and energy value as CNG — 95%+ methane — but it is made from organic waste rather than fossil natural gas. It can be used in all existing CNG vehicles and infrastructure, making it a clean, drop-in CNG replacement.

Biofuel is produced from used cooking oil, Jatropha, Karanja seeds, mustard oil, sugarcane molasses, rice straw, agricultural waste, and municipal solid waste. Bihar and Jharkhand are rich in mustard crop and rice husk, making them ideal feedstock sources for our biofuel supply chain.

Yes. Biofuel offers up to 80% reduction in particulate matter, near-zero sulphur oxide emissions, and a carbon-neutral lifecycle (the CO₂ released was absorbed by the plants during growth). It's biodegradable and significantly improves local air quality compared to fossil diesel or petrol.

Yes. India's National Biofuel Policy 2018 sets targets of 20% biodiesel blending in diesel and 20% ethanol blending in petrol by 2030. Yes. B7 and B20 blends are 100% compatible with all modern diesel engines with no modifications required. Biodiesel also improves engine lubricity, which can reduce wear and extend engine life. For older vehicles using B100, a check of rubber seals and hoses is recommended as a precaution.

B20 biodiesel is approximately 1–3% lower in energy density compared to pure mineral diesel, which is barely noticeable in real driving. The cost savings from lower per-litre price far outweigh this marginal difference — making the overall cost per kilometre significantly better with biofuel.
